Account payment
I am unable to open my monthly statements. I want to make an EFT payment on my account but don't know my account number. I called this morning and one of your consultants advised that i use my card number which was incorrect according to your other consultant. Can someone call me to assist.

27 Nov 2019, 10:46I was called by your consultant yesterday who promised to send me my 12 months bank statement. He sent me an account recon which is not what i asked for. I want my 12 months statements in PDF because i cant open the ones you send me on a monthly basis. Also someone needs to contact me to explain these additional charges on my account.
