Account Paid Up - Edgars

I have a problem I wish you assist me with. I have been owing Edgars Stores and I have paid up the full amount owed on the 10th September 2020 (R2 246.19) in full and immediately I requested for a paid up letter so that I can be able to remove my name feom the Credit Bureau. I was told it was going to be emailed to me within 2 weeks but after the 2nweeks period I went back to the store and instead I was given a number to call.

I did all that but was kept promised to be sent this letter up until now.

I am running out of the options which is why I decided to come straight to you for assistance.
