Account opened in my name
For a number of weeks I have been trying to get through the Loans division to enquire on an account which was opened in 2012 in my name. In 2012, I was unemployed and would not have been able to apply yet alone receive any from of credit. <br> <br> I have tried to call the customer service, to no avail. I require urgent assitance in resolving this matter.
