Account not closed when settled
I received a settlement letter on the 20th of March account was settled on the same day and proof of payment was send to Shapiro Shaik and Defries whereby I was promised that a paid in full letter will be issue within 21 working days. After numerous calls to the call centre my account has not been closed and I received confirmation it will only be finalised after 48 hours and then I need to wait another 30 to 60 days before ITC and Experian will be update. I am extremely frustrated a complaint was logged on the 24th of April but still no avail
