Account discrepancies

Ive been receiving sms stating that I promised to pay a certain amount. But I never spoke to anyone from edcon about paying that specific amount contained in the sms. I call Edcon and was told that if I received the sms then I did promise to pay, and the consultant was refused to accept that I did not have any discussion with anyone from Edcon to pay that amount because they inferred that I was lying. <br> <br> The funny thing is that my two other siblings including myself received the exact same sms at the exact same time for the exact same amount! neither one of us spoke to any one regarding paying that exact same amount down to the last cents.<br> <br> Edcon is **********ly misrepresenting information and from my experience using bullying tactics to demand payment. I must state that I have never defaulted on my account and have always payed the amount required at the end of every month. yet Ive been threatened to be black listed by arrogant consultants. Ive requested my original contract yet no one to date has sent me my contract. Edcon is acting in an arrogant and facious manner. Ive never defaulted once yet Im treated in this manner!
