Account closure
On the 26th of October I called *** to close my account, I had credit of more than R50. I was told that the account can not be closed. Today I called ***to close the account, I spoke to Dimakatso Mako who first told me that the account cannot be closed because I owe R147.50 then placed me on hold till I hung up. This is one of the reasons why I'm closing this account, BAD SERVICE!!. Please close the account, I want nothing to do with Jet/Edcon
