Account application with incorrect reason
I had a student account with JET a long time ago and i closed it when i had fully paid it. Fast-forward years later as i am working and my credit profile is perfect i got declined twice while trying to re-open my account with better credit balance. They say i do no meet minimum requirements and now my question is what are their minimum requirements as i hv accounts with 3 more stores and currently fully paid and i am not missing any car installment and my mtn account is paid every month? What have i done to them to not open credit with them. I need that account to buy clothes for my kids at home and not have to pay cash all the time. I can afford any installment, my credit is perfect and i know i have a good credit score. The level of service i am getting is appalling because i know i am a good payer. I would really prefer to have an Edgars account but if this is how they treat their potential customers then i would hv to move on. But what really makes me angry is they lie about not giving me the aaccount. I have app**** telephonically at edgars 2 times and yesterday i left the the guy Sivuyile who requested my bank statement who said he will try harder to push but it didn't help!
