Hi my name Chantell Saayman , I went for a home loan and found out that Jet account is reflecting i still have a outstanding balance but i settle that account in 2012 already so i phone their call centre on 18/01/2019 they confirm that my account has been paid in full but now im struggling to get a paid up letter from them so that i can proof to the bank that the account is paid up.Just to add as well i open a new jet account in 2017 so that 1 is still active i need a letter for the account that i closed in 2012.Please i need response ASAP this is holding me up from buying a house Regards Chantell Saayman
