I have received a phone call from edcon telling me that someone used my account balance without my consent . And they told me to go to the police station to write an affidavit and go to the nearest Edcon store to fill in the dispute form which I did . And they said they will review my dispute and come back to me which they did not do and all of a sudden they have blacklisted me . Which I don't understand why because they were still busy with my case
