4 WEEKS LATER & STILL NO PAID UP LETTER !!!!!
I have requested a paid up later every week for the past month in july, was promised would receive it but to date i haven't. its 4 weeks past now. is this how you conduct business ???, only to think i wanted to re-open that account, now thinking i will have to go through so much. What do you lose just to respond to my request ??? I NEED MY LETTER EDCON !!!!!.
