3 weeks and no response

I don't see why I'm not getting any response back from your accounts team like a was promised 2 weeks ago!! I called the centre and was referred to speak to the debt review department for my refund of R460. I am still waiting for that call!!! And what's even more frustrating is that I can't get hold of anybody who is willing to help me!!!! It's been 3 weeks already!!!! You guys are absolutely disgraceful! Your service sucks and your the apitomy of what bad customer service is!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK LIKE YOU GUYS SAID. I AM NOT WAITING ANOTHER WEEK TO GO BY WITHOUT ANYTHING BEING DONE. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT OR YOU GET A MANAGER TO CALL ME TO ****ING SORT THIS OUT!!!!!!
