3 months Credit still not reflecting on my statement yet i am making my payments

I am having a terrible experience with Edcon . I am awaiting a credit to reflect on my statement since October , i am forever being told i will show next month or wait 7 days . I have been sent a statement everytime but the credit DOES NOT REFLECT on any of them. It's ridiculous , as far as i am concerned i am paying for something i don't have which is *******. 3 months !!! and the credit has not yet been done?
