2 years later This account is still not closed

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have continuously begged this company to close up my account and remove my name on ITC, I paid up this account in 2014 December and was sent a letter of confirmation as well. but recently i checked my credit report and realised that the Edcon account still reflects as an overdue amount owed by me on my records, I have spoken to Mbali Nkosi and Nompumelelo Ndhlovu and they promised that the matter will be resolve within ten to 30 working days. That was last year in August.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please update your records and remove your negative record on my credit report.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
