12 to 6 months interest

We have a current account with edgards (my Wife ) and I am totally shocked that no one is able to assist in changing our account form a 12 months interest to a 6 months interest<br> <br> I was told that if you are a existing client they cant change it, but if you apply for a new account they can do it on 6 months.<br> I am forced to close the account due to the fact that Edcon don't offer that to us. And i am sure that there is more then just us that is also having a issue with this,<br> <br> This is really shocking to find out that they cant assist you on something simple like this???<br> <br> I need edcon to change the policy and to change it to 6 months if not i will close the account and purchase my goods at other retailers which is not linked to Edcon
