12 Months interest plan to 6 months interest free

I am really disgusted in Edcon / Edgars account service, you advertise in every store that you have a 6 month interest free plan for new account holders, but what about your old loyal customers? I've been trying for a few times now to change from 12 months interest to 6 month interest free but with no success, no one can explain to me why, I think this is very unfair and it will leave to close my account and never visit Edgars again.<br> Please have in mind your loyal customers that is up to date with their accounts. It looks like Edgars only wants to make money on their loyal customers.
