1 month and counting fighting for a refund from Edcon - Disgusting!!!!

Almost a month after settling my Edcon account and finding out I accidentially overpaid them, and I am STILL struggling to get my refund. It is truly disheartening in this day and age that an organization can so blatantly disregard their clients financial well being to enable their own. I am incredibly disgusted by Edcon.
