Problem with my bed

I bought a edblo bed at Russell furnisher last year July16 in August the mattress make big sound and I lay a complain at Russell they give me new one but still there is a sound to this one my question is I bought a edblo bed in 2007 still in good condition and strong why this one I'm worried sick cause I didn't plan to buy a new bed so soon it give me a shame mostly when I'm with someone any one who can help me
