Poor service and communication

I'm stuck with springs on my new bed, I wake up with body pain every day. I literally have to put blankets on the the mattress because Wow! Springs are extremely uncomfortable. I bought a bed at Russells shop and at about 10 months later I'm sleep on the springs. Edblo authorizes an exchange of a new different bed because the one I bought is discontinued. The store (Russells) requests me to pay the difference which I don't have.
