No service from Edblo

I purchased an Edblo Sydney mattress on 2/11/2024 and registered the warranty on their website. After sending two emails on 8/*** and 31/07/2026 to ask about the warranty, the emails were read but never a reply.' It appears to me that there is no warranty on Edblo products besides for being ignored.
