Lack of accountablity by Edblo and Lewis Stores

I myself have a similar experience with my edblo double bed that i bought just 6 months ago in Dec 2017 at Lewis in Pretoria North and since logging the complaint in store a month and a half ago nothing has happened, its the worst customer service i have had the displeasure to be subjected to shame on Lewis Stores in Pretoria North and especially Shame on Edblo for terrible quality and lack of accountability
