Extremely disappointing experience with Edblo and Bravo Brands. Our bed started sagging badly on BOTH sides after less than three months of normal use. Despite the visible sagging shown in the photos, Bravo Brands has refused to exchange or replace the bed. Their reason for refusing the claim is apparently that a sticker was removed. What makes this even more frustrating is that correspondence sent to both myself and Teljoy states that they do not see damage that falls within their warranty criteria, yet the sagging on both sides is clearly visible in the photos. A bed should not be sagging like this after less than three months of use, and I find the way this warranty claim has been handled completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution consumers to carefully consider Edblo/Bravo Brands' warranty terms and how warranty claims are handled before purchasing. I believe consumers experiencing similar problems should speak up and document their experiences. If there are many customers facing the same type of issue, it may be worth obtaining legal advice regarding what collective remedies may be available under South African consumer law.

Strongly caution consumers to carefully consider Edblo/Bravo Brands' warranty terms and how warranty claims are handled before purchasing.

We received nothing from you. My agreement and dealings were with Teljoy, and I did not purchase this bed directly from Bravo Brands. You only contacted me after I reported the defective bed to Teljoy, and suddenly I am expected to deal with your company regarding the complaint. I signed no warranty document or acknowledgement stating that there was a specific sticker on the bed that could not be removed, nor was I informed that removing such a sticker would result in the warranty being rejected. My complaint remains that the bed has sagged significantly on both sides after less than three months of normal use. I also have serious concerns regarding the advertised weight/capacity of the bed and whether the product supp**** is of the quality and specification represented at the time of sale. Rejecting the claim based on a sticker requirement that was never disclosed to or accepted by me is extremely concerning. At this point, the entire situation is beginning to feel increasingly misleading. I expect this complaint to be addressed based on the actual defect and condition of the bed, rather than relying on an undisclosed sticker requirement to avoid dealing with the product failure.
