Edblo sells reject beds

I bought an Edblo bed last year October and I started having problems with it within a couple of days after I bought it, I went back to Bradlows Port Shepstone where I had bought it to report the matter, I explained to them that the springs were making a noise and that they are very painful and they said the will send a report to Edblo about the matter,I'm still sleeping on a noisy bed with painful springs, when I told Bradlows to fetch the bed and refund me because it hasn't even been a year since I bought the bed, they said they don't take second hand beds there's nothing they can do because it's a cheap bed, so what happened to the bed warranty, it doesn't exist after you buy the bad.
