Edblo pathetic service!!!!

<p>What is the point of having guarantee and warranty on edblo matresses and beds if they do not want to exchange it if there are marks on? We bought a bed in november and since two months ago the coils/springs are making horrific noises and sleeps uncomfortably. Obviously something wrong with the inside of the mattress!!!! But because there is a small mark on the material, we must keep our broken matress!! What a joke!! Me and my family will not buy from you ever ever again!! Now a manufacturing problem will not be dealt with because the matress is not squicky clean!! *****!!</p>
