Edblo komati it's a No no

Am so hurting I can't sleep well.. Ths year February I bought a edlbo komati bed at ok furniture in phumlani mall cash and other stuffs the mattress is a mess with springs sound I slp alone I would say maybe it's weight but no.. I have try to seek help but nothing
