Edblo Himalaya

I bought a queen Edblo Himalaya bed on the 4th of January shortly after 2months the bed had a funny sound and bed springs were worn I did put a complaint with Sleepmaster on the 16th of April they delivered a mattress and the guys that came for collection said I should log a complaint even for the base because the base also has a fault I did ask the lady to assist me. Now the mattress that was delivered on April is the same as the old one with potholes. What a disappointment from Edblo and brand that I trusted
