EDBLO BEDS

I bought the Edblo Berlin base and matress set in December 2023 from Sleepmasters Bela Bela However after 6 months the matress starting making squeaking sound when one sits on the side or turns during the night and it was already starting to show dents where one lies I approached Sleepmasters abd the immediately filed a complaint on the Saturday , I was contacted on the Tuesday by Edblo , they requested photos of the mattress , which i sebt together with a sound note of the squeaking - i was contacted 2 days later advising me that the mattress would be replaced , which was dobe 2 days later by Sleepmaster staff - also fruendly service from them Thank you Edblo and Sleepmasters for excellant customer service
