Edblo bed falling apart and my matter not taken seriously by Edblo beds

I bought a double bed and within the first year the bed was already just bones/metal. 3years in and it is like sleeping on metal coils. I have reached out to Edblo on a call and was told someone would be in touch which since 2021 has not happened. The bed needs to be replaced with the quality Edblo preaches to produce or a refund given because the quality of that bed is the WORST i have ever experienced!
