Edblo Bed and Customer Service Experience

I recently purchased an Edblo bed with high expectations, given the brand’s reputation for quality and comfort. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, not only due to the product itself but also because of the extremely poor customer service I received from Edblo.

The bed initially seemed comfortable, but within a short period, I noticed significant sagging and uneven support. This was highly disappointing, as I had specifically chosen Edblo for its supposed durability and comfort. I mean I was told that I must rotate a brand-new mattress every two weeks!!!! How does this make sense?? Despite rotating the mattress as recommended, the issues persisted, leading to restless nights and discomfort.

Upon noticing these defects, I reached out to Edblo's customer service team, hoping for a resolution under their warranty policy. However, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I encountered long response times, lack of accountability, and dismissive attitudes from representatives. Instead of addressing my concerns with urgency and professionalism, I was met with endless delays. I am constantly being told to send pictures.

Attempts to escalate the matter yielded no results, and I was left feeling completely disregarded as a customer. It is unacceptable for a well-known brand to treat its customers this way, especially when dealing with legitimate product concerns.

I regret choosing Edblo and would caution potential buyers to consider other brands that prioritize both quality and customer service. A good product means nothing if the company does not stand behind it. I hope Edblo improves its customer support and product reliability, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend them at this time.
