Edblo bad service and worse quality!

Horrible! My mother in law purchased a bed from home choice, for us as a gift. She's been paying every month. We received the Edblo bed and from the start it's been horrible. The mattress is absolutely **********. You can feel the springs sticking out, and it makes the worst sound. Its so uncomfortable. We contacted home choice who then wanted pictures,which we sent. Then after a previous hello Peter complaint and many times phoning we were told that Edblo will replace the bed. We spoke to someone at Edblo and he assured us the mattress will be replaced.... But yet here we are still paying, and still sleeping uncomfortable.

Its absolutely ridiculous.
