Disgusted with Edblo

28 May 2018 I purchased a queen size bed, Edblo Asteria. February 2019, I lodged a complaint and send photos as requested of the mattress sagging, I was approved to get another mattress, however I did mention that the bed had a few light stains that they could not see on the photos due to it being pure white, to my amazement I was told that a fee would be charged to remove the stains. The fee quoted was R1750- when purchasing the item nothing was ever mentioned besides the warranty. What I cant understand, why should I pay an additional cost when there's poor workmanship on the purchased product, if it had not been for the poor workmanship I would by no means lodge a complaint and be in this situation besides the bed is pure white bound to pick up stains. (when I spoke to the consultant from Edblo she could not see any stains on pics due to them being very faint) Edblo is cheating the public, and making money of their reject products.
