Took my money and disappeared

Contracted Duane (ED DIgital) to do various SEO work over a 6 month period. He did a little bit of work in the first 2 months, nothing which has really added any real value to my business, an then he completely disappeared. I have had no communication with him in nearly 2 months and he complete ignores my emails and WhatsApp messages.
