ECU Repairs ***** an ****

Graham the owner took my ECU in to test an repair , he never repaired , just gave straight back to my mechanic@the cost of R1800. He knew very well that he never repaired. After my mechanic contacted him he said he would refund, he never did . I then called Graham***) an he promised me the world , - But he doesn't have cash , I even agreed to accept payments . He now refuses to answer calls or whattsapp messages from myself or my mechanic .... Still no payment has been received. Still no correspondence ...
