Bad Service

My husband car has been at this place for +/- 2 months and they just keep on coming with excuses it will be ready the next day so it's giving the customer false hope and empty promises and no progress on the car. How this shop is even operating goodness knows cause they have no customer service. Money has been paid as well so really not sure what they are doing. Something really needs to be done. We don't need companies like this bringing done the rest of is who ensures what customer service is.
