Unprofessional and poor feedback

I registered more than 6 months ago. I've been told multiple times that they are waiting to schedule interviews but the interviews keep being pushed back. My career advancement is dependent on getting ECSA registration. <br> The contact person that I deal with never contacts me for any information, I have to phone every time and ask for an update. E-mails are constantly ignored. ECSA don't have a complaints section so I don't even know what process to follow to get even slight feedback from them.<br> If this so called \professional"body cannot even cope with registrations then they most likely can't deal with more serious issues.<br> """
