Unfriendly and Unprofessional

<p>Every encounter I have had from anyone at ECSA has left me in a terrible mood. For a council that is supposed to encourage professionalism and ethics they are extremely unprofessional, unfriendly, rude, and unwilling to help. Highly dissappointing that this is the council which all professional engineers need to register through in South Africa.</p>
