No Certificate from ECSA

I app**** for Candidate Engineering Technologist registration last year 2014 and received the confirmation letter by email on the 15 October 2014.<br> I app**** for promotional post at work with the letter but the employer needs the certificate for records.<br> I have been sending emails of request among these people Lusanda Babu,Phindile Mchunu & Kgomotso Mokoena from 22 July 2015 but unsuccessful to date.<br> I guess this is what you get for trying to get their Professional registration, unprofessional conduct.
