Frustrated Pr Techni candidate

The registration process is a nightmare. My registration was submitted in January, I went for an interview in September. It is now October and I still do not have the results for the outcome of the interview. I have been constantly calling Tshepang regarding the outcome of the interview as she is the one responsible. All I receive is excuses about the process, managers are not available for quality check, moderators are not yet done. I must say it has been draining and frustrating. The service is not equivalent to the amount that one pays for processing the application. One would swear, the institution is doing me a favour. Worst service for such a highly valued professional body.
