ECSA takes too long to do anything!

I am extremely disappointed with ECSA as i thought it was a prestigious organization to join, and ever since their first seminar at my campus, i was convinced that i would register with them. After completing my degree i app**** to ECSA, and had to continuously bug them for 6 months after my payment, for them to confirm that i was accepted, and to provide me with a certificate number. It is now 16 months later and i STILL have not received my certificate in the post. <br> <br> I believe it got stuck in the post office strike, but had it been sent asap, it would not have even been apart of the strike. i wrote to inform them of my change in address, and my change in surname, the lady assisted me but did not follow up with a tracking number as promised, and therefore i am writing this long complaint through frustration at the ridiculousness of the service or lack thereof.<br> <br> Should i need that certificate for verification for a job, i will seem like a **** because ECSA is so unprofessional, that they could not even send the proof i have been begging for.
