ECSA NOT RESPONDING ON APPLICATION STATUS

I sent my application to ECSA to apply for candidate engineer in mechanical engineering. I payed the full amount and had the courier company deliver it to someone at ECSA in person.<br> <br> The refuse to reply on my mails, a Gkomatso person. She never returns my calls and i do not even receive a read receipt when sending her mails.<br> <br> I thought they would be better but as usual with all government institutions, they are like the post office, i got the worst service and they have my money. <br> <br> Funny how only SARS works...i wonder why? <br>
