ECSA (Engineering Council) Vanishes

I approached the Engineering Council of South Africa with a complaint in terms of their Rules. It seemed to me to be a classic.<br> <br> I asked, does this seem to be a valid complaint? Their answer: yes.<br> I asked, is this person a member of the ECSA? Their answer: yes.<br> The ECSA asked, have you sought a personal resolution? My answer: yes, but I shall try again.<br> I then informed the ECSA of no response to a number of efforts.<br> <br> At this point, the ECSA vanished, or apparently did. I sent them a few reminders. I have not received a meaningful reply in 2 1/2 months, since 11 September 2015. <br>
