If you think of phoning and getting someone to answer think again, the first time I phoned in to check my repair progress it took 20min for them to answer. They had no clue what machine I sent back for a warranty claim, had to send a mail with my invoice 28h later no response, phone them again 40MIN on the hold and no answer with a scratchy smooth operator call waiting jingle, at least play the whole thing not just the same part, ruined the song completely
