Ecovacs Deebot t30 omni poor product and customer service

Purchased my Ecovacs Deebot T30 omni 18 months ago. Unit stopped working. Sent it to Yuppiechef store from where it was purchased. Contacted Ecovacs for update. They told me to contact Yuppiechef. Yuppiechef does not bother to communicate. R20k for 18 months use. Had to pay school fees here. No more Ecovacs for me, moving on.
