Best after sales service ever!

I recently purchased a Deebot X2 Omni Robot Vacuum Cleaner from Ecovacs South Africa in Cape Town. Initially I had a few teething problems mostly due to my inexperience with machines like this. On contacting the Ecovacs support team they responded quickly with clear understandable instructions. Subsequently I visited their showroom in Paarden Island and was blown away by the support team’s enthusiasm for their products and the outstanding service we received. Awesome after sales service and a company I’ll happily recommend.
