Paid in full, ignoring my concerns.

I hired this company, located in Syracuse New York, to put in a full perimeter ba*****t drain in my home. I’ve had to call them to fix a couple issues after the install Now I’m having problems with the cement and after calling and more than one email they continue to ignore me and my concerns.
