Supp**** Wrong Item

Paid in Full for a 3000Watt Invertor and to only find out a 1000Watt was supp**** and fitted which is too weak for what we needed. Trying to rectify the matter but not having our calls rep**** to today and this is now going on for a few weeks of one excuse to another, our job just does not get completed. Would just like to have my calls returned and this matter sorted as per agreement alternatively please return my money and lets all just move on.
