Poor service- no electricity saving
Ecosales was quick to respond to my email for solar geyser installation. My roof has a 45 degree pitch and I asked Esme if a 200l geyser could be installed. Two days later I was told that the Director (Paul) said it was possible. Paid the full amount R16 799 was promised an installation in 2 weeks time (as per contract). Two weeks later Simon came out, took pictures and to my surprise got another email stating that the pitch is too high so I need to pay another R5000+.Spoke to Paul and expressed my dissatisfaction. I then got a 50% reduction and paid an additional R2000+. Four weeks later my solar geyser was finally installed. Phone call from Esme in July, auditors say I only paid R12000. I again had to email proof of payment. Still waiting for Simon to show me how the timer works or to know if he set it. According to Marlene the timer was set on the recommended settings.Got my electricity bill yesterday and to my surprise no saving!!!! Why would I pay almost R20000 for a solar geyser to save electricity when there is no saving? Come on Ecosales I need value for my money
