Ecopayz ia a bunch of *****s !

I won an amount of money through Rich casino. So they told me i needed to open a Ecopayz account so that they could pay the money in ,which i did . As soon as the money was paid in Ecopayz said i cannot transfer to my account cause i need to upgrade to a silver acc 1st . So you fill in some questions one of which i qm aelf employed . I had to swnd my id and my proof of adress even write on a not " To Ecopays and the date holding my id, whuch i did. Then once again they came back and send i need ro provide a legal proof of income. I told them i make partyplatters and for some get paid cash but there is some payments made to my banl as well. They say on their site that bankstatement can be uaed dor proof of income but they declined my bankstatemnts and now tells me i need ither proof . What the hell? They now want a 3 months statement from the casino to show all my winnings . I only won once and the account was closed . So now Ecopayz refuse to give me my money after i send all the proof of who i am wheee i live and what i do for a living. If i knew this i would have never opened this Ecopayz account!!! You cant even phone them cauae there is no telephone support .
