Third party Claim

<p>I was involved in an accident on the 9 September 2016. Their client rear ended my car. Unfortunately i was not insured, so i claimed from their clients insurance which is Econorisk and Avalard underwriters. It is now 11 Noveerber 2016 and they claim that their computers crashed and lost all the information that i sent them, quotes, SAPS case number etc. This is disgusting service. I may be the 3rd party but it was their client who was driving like a bat out of hell who drove into me. </p>
