On Saturday the 9th of March 2019,my wife was pickpocketed at Menlyn mall whilst shopping. She immediately blocked phone and reported to saps. On Monday 11 march 2019 @ 08h30 I notified Samantha Cati at Econorisk. At 11h30 their service provider J cell bar ,delivered my new phone.
