REFUND FOR CAR HIRE THAT WAS DECLINED BY CREDIT STATUS CHECK.

I booked a car online for the 25 November 2019 through Economy Car rentals, and paid the deposit was to pay balance when collecting a car at Thrifty car rentals and when i got there a credit check was done with ITC which my score was below the booking rights with them, The lady notified the company with a note on my booking, I had to use another rental company which i got helped, I also informed Economy rental about this matter, from their feedback they are telling me about my credit card with no funds which was untrue because the blocking issue for my hire was Credit score no credit card, I informed them that i need my refund back but now they are telling me about credit card.Thrifty car hire only conduct credit check when booking a car whereas Economy rentals never do, if was like that i could have taken business to other company
